This was a simple but fun piece. Took little over a half hour to forty minutes to complete. Sketched it, coloured it, made it into a design. Inked in Illustrator, coloured and composed in Photoshop.

With Rebuild of Evangelion right around the corner I figure it's a good time to start drawing EVA art. I don't love the series -- rather I generally hate it, but I do like the music, the "Angel" designs, and Kaji Ryoji. Sachiel has always struck me as a very iconic design, and so there you go.

This one will be available for sale as well at CNAnime/FanExpo. There'll be two or three versions of it available, including this one.
